Shipping policy
At Raw Organic Clothing, every order is packed with care — using eco-friendly materials whenever possible — and shipped from our distribution centers to reach you safely and quickly.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
Tip: If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses to reduce travel distance and carbon impact.
Shipping Locations
We proudly ship from multiple eco-conscious distribution centers across the United States.
This helps us minimize delivery times and environmental footprint — and ensures your order arrives fresh and cared for.
Delivery Time Estimates
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 2–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses: 7–14 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Please note: Weather events, carrier slowdowns, and peak seasons (like holidays) may slightly extend delivery windows.
Tracking Your Order
Every package includes tracking information, which will be emailed automatically once your label is created.
If your order includes multiple shipments, you’ll receive a separate tracking number for each one.
PO Boxes & Delivery
We can ship most smaller items to PO Boxes via USPS.
Larger or heavier items may require delivery to a physical address. If your order includes an item that cannot be delivered to a PO Box, our team will reach out to confirm an alternate address before shipping.
Signature Requirements
Most orders do not require a signature upon delivery. However, if your order includes a higher-value or limited-edition product, a signature may be required for security purposes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

Check with household members or neighbors.

Confirm the shipping address on your order.

Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early.
If it still hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, contact chelsea@raworganicclothing.com — we’ll help you open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
