Yes — our baby and kids collections are specifically chosen for their hypoallergenic and chemical-free materials. You’ll never find synthetic dyes, flame retardants, or harsh finishes in our products. Every item is designed to be as safe and gentle as it is comfortable.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take a bit longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Because we have multiple warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages. We do this to ensure you receive each item as quickly as possible instead of waiting for everything to ship together.
What is your return policy?

within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it quickly and make sure you receive a replacement or refund.
How do I use a discount or promo code?
You can enter your promo code during checkout on the “Delivery” page — just before payment. If your code isn’t working, double-check the expiration date or restrictions. Still having trouble? Reach out to us and we’ll help apply it manually if eligible.
