We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible:

Item is unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags/labels attached.

Item is in its original packaging.

You can provide your order number/receipt.
Hygiene & safety note: To protect families with sensitive skin, we cannot accept items with signs of wear, odors, pet hair, stains, or damage.
How to Start a Return

Email chelsea@raworganicclothing.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.

If approved, we’ll send step-by-step instructions, including the correct warehouse address.

Important: We ship from multiple U.S. warehouses. Please do not mail items back without an approved return—packages sent without an RMA will be refused and not eligible for a refund.

Carefully re-pack your item(s) and drop off the parcel using the carrier on your label.
Returns due to change of mind/fit typically have return shipping deducted from the refund. If we made a mistake or the item is defective, we cover return shipping.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email chelsea@raworganicclothing.com within 7 days with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., skincare, bath products, creams, oils, balms) once opened.

Feeding/pacifier/teether items and other sealed hygiene products once opened.

Perishable goods (e.g., snacks, food, honey).
-
Custom/personalized items and special orders.

Gift cards.
-
Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.
Bundles/sets must be returned in full in original packaging.
Exchanges
Want a different size/color? The fastest way is to place a new order and start a return for the original item. Once your return is approved and scanned by the carrier, your refund will follow the timeline below.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. If approved, a refund to your original payment method is issued within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
If 15 business days pass after approval and you don’t see your refund, please contact us at chelsea@raworganicclothing.com.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel/return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt/order number.
A Note on Sustainability
We’re committed to low-waste operations. Please return items in a single parcel (when possible) and reuse the original packaging to help reduce environmental impact.
